Running update
Well, I went to bed last night with every intention of waking up at 6am (yeah, I know, there was the flaw in my plan) and running 6 miles. When the alarm went off at 6am I thought it'd be best to go back to sleep and try waking up again in an hour. This only left me time to run the short loop of 3.5 miles as I have been all week. It's possible I'll run more tomorrow. (Although at the moment I'm not hopeful becuase I'm all but totally off of food.)
