- Fact Check of Arizona's 'we hate Mexicans' law as I've dubbed it. (See, it's not a good day for me to talk out loud at all.)
- How to clean gel from an ice pack off wooden walls. Who would need that information? I'm sure I'll have kids one day and then I'll find out.
- Should plastic bags be banned? Yes.
- Where do smart people live? In Minneapolis and St Paul apparently. You'd think Ohio would have more cities on there for all the people who grew up ten minutes from a major university (that's everyone in the state by the way).
- Speaking of Ohio, learn a little bit about my city since you're probably not from there if you're reading this. The sections they show with all the abandoned buildings (Over the Rhine) have always been in poor neighborhoods but were absolutely devastated by the race riots 9 years ago. And Hyde Park Square, the 'money' neighborhood - that's where I turn around when I do runs from Mom and Dad's house. Money is right.
- Children of Lesbian parents outperform peers on social skills and academic tests. I'm horrified there are states that don't allow same sex couples to adopt. Even scarier is Florida who (according to the article) doesn't let single people adopt either. WTF?
- And, What is DWB? I was actually impressed that 50% of whites acknowledged DWB / racial profiling exists. I thought the number of whites acknowledging the problem would be lower. (Guess which 50% I'm in...)

LINKFEST Wednesday
It's an off week for running so I find myself with little to talk about. Work has been... busy. Busy is a good out-loud word to describe the experience. I 'ran' on the elliptical yesterday and I'm planning on more work outs at the end of the week. Right now, I'm enjoying the down time. Here's what I've been checking out on the webz:
