- I would totally buy this. I think a lot of people my age would.
- One of the people I work with started a weight loss group. I went the first time, just to see what it's about, and because at one point I promised to lead a running/walking/jogging group. I think this would be interesting for everyone to know, especially since several of the members expressed hesitation about exercise. This is the follow up piece: forgive yourself if it's hard to learn a new habit.
- Should food come with toys? I say no but the author makes a good point about breakfast cereals still being able to market with toys when restaurants are not allowed. Does the author makes a fair point about parental choice (I wouldn't know for sure, having not done it yet)? Perhaps the assumption that everyone can afford to take their kid to any restaurant they want is a false premise.
- Just another reason to avoid Arizona.
- How we coffee lovers feel about the rest of you. Although you've got a fair point because anything with three or four dallops of cream is even better.
- The president extended some additional benefits to same sex partners of federal employees. Good. (Now just let any two legal adults get married and let people serve openly in our military.)
- ::Soapbox:: To everyone who thinks 'just make abortion illegal; that'll make it go away' (how many people who think that really read my blog?) It doesn't work in Brazil and that approach is unlikely to work here either. Just sayin'. ::End soap box::
- This picture makes me think of Chris. Not the monkey, it just sounds like something Chris would say.
- Our former president has joined Facebook. All politics aside, this article was funny as hell. The whole thing about 'liking' him. Phew. Hilarious.
