I'm taking a moment to feel grateful, just in general.
I've similarly decided that while tomorrow may not be my fastest 10K ever, I can be grateful then too. My plan is to feel good running. Running typically makes me treat myself better, it makes me like myself better, and I can be nicer to other people when I run a lot.
