Apparently, I enjoyed the internet too. Here's what I've seen:
- Taste of Minnesota: A great deal or a big rip off? We used to go every year but chose not to this year because I'm not paying $30 to have the opportunity to pay more for food when I get inside. (Obviously I agree with the vendors.) I don't think it was the heat. That's part of the joy of the 4th of July.
- I don't even know what this article is about, I just wanted you to see the picture of the diner. That's Mickey's. It's in front of the court house, near the Children's Museum in downtown St Paul. Yum.
- Morning Person? I'm a morning person on days I can get up and run. On all other days I border on nocturnal.
- Red State vs Blue State Family Values. I haven't read this whole article (seeing as it's ten pages long) but it's a nice view of the values that guide voter's decisions in the county. I feel like it's not biased, but I think I could be wrong. Let me know what you think.
- In honor of Amanda's admission to the BSN program of her choosing (Congratulations!), this is what you have to look forward to as an RN!. Live it up!
- Sororities alcohol problems? I was not at all surprised to hear that Miami University (of Ohio) is having these issues. Hello stereotypes.
- Heads up to my pooky bear Apparently, Illinois is now using photo radar enforcement in construction zones. Slow down.
- How long will my leftovers last in the freezer? Especially important because I just threw away tupperware when mold seemed to outgrow the food and infect the plastic. Ooops.
- Now, for a few pictures: this is how I spent my weekend. These looked good to me after two days of no solid foods. This is how I feel after a long run. This is Amanda at my birthday party. This is Amanda at any other time. It's good Amanda's not reading my blog right now. I can say anything I want and post funny pictures of her. Ha.
