running story for the day

I ran through the park this morning. There was a bike race on the road next to the running path. Fun. They move fast.
The running path is a steady down hill, then a false flat and then it climbs back to where I begin the loop.
Today, when I got to the top of the hill, I saw a sign that they awarded climbing points in the bike race because the hill was so long and steep.
