Turns out I can run

I ran today. And I ran. And I ran some more. I ran 6.4 miles this morning. That's wild. Last week I biked around a while and discovered Lake Hiawatha. This morning I thought I'd run around Lake Nokomis and then run around Lake Hiawatha. It seemed like the thing to do at the time. Although I can't turn me neck now. I think that's because I slept on it funny. That's not related to the running thing.
