Minneapolis: Tracking in the Snow

Here we have the rare track of the wild Snow Cat or possibly a Bob Cat.  Although in Minneapolis we tend to spell it "Sno-Cat" for some reason.  Snow Cat and it's smaller cousin Bob Cat are only seen in snowy winter seasons.  They tend to move the snow into large mounds.  Science is looking into the possibility they use these snow mounds as lairs.  Stay tuned for updates.

And here we have the tracks of the wild Running Yak.  We call these Yak Trax.  Several wild Running Yaks have been spotting in Minneapolis.  They are generally harmless if left to themselves.
