Vacation: Kansas - Day 0

It all started when a friend called while I had a high fever and would've agreed to anything and was possibly delirious .  Apparently I did agree to anything.  I still haven't figured how we're going to get the horns on the van.  Today (soon), I am going to be a member on a relay team running this race.  So I was trying to pack and I thought, "I'll look at the weather down there".

This is Kansas weather.

Eighty-four degrees! Are you kidding me? How does one even dress for that? Today I ran in running shorts, sweat pants, wool socks, a winter running shirt and vest. Where are my shorts? Do I even own any shorts? Followed by the best thought of all: I can wear my flip flops!.
