I ran yesterday too

I ran this morning and yesterday morning. I don't know why I didn't write that last night. Could it have been because I didn't get home 'till after 10p and I totally spaced it?

Yesterday: 4.25 miles at 11:20 mile.
Today: 3.6 miles at 11:40 miles. I know, I am slow today. I think really the longer I run the faster I get, so yesterday and today I probably ran similar paces but if I had run longer today the minutes per mile would have looked faster.
